个人简介

李颜博士，南京大学医学院教授/医药生物技术国家重点实验室研究员, 国家重点研发计划青年项目首席（原青年973首席），国自然基金委优青，江苏省“双创团队领军人才”，“省特聘教授”。研究关注小鼠模型与人体的物种差异，为加速基础生物学发现向临床疾病治疗的转化，本课题组研发了一系列小鼠品系和实验方法，将人免疫系统与多种人体组织嵌合到小鼠中，解决传统小鼠模型与临床试验难以回答的科学问题。当前课题组方向包括：（1）新型免疫人源化小鼠模型；（2）人体器官 免疫双人源化小鼠模型；（3）肿瘤及自身免疫系统疾病的免疫治疗；（4）人体免疫细胞发育及功能。其研究成果发表在cell，nature methods，nature communications，science advances等期刊，申报获得多项国内专利，以及一项国际专利并转化。
