个人简介

1. 工作简历

   1997年硕士毕业于南京大学医学院，同年至南京军区南京总医院肾脏科工作至今。2007年获南京大学博士学位，2008年至意大利irriv研究所作访问学者1年。2011年担任南京总医院血液净化中心主任。长期从事急慢性肾损伤及血液净化治疗的临床及研究相关工作。

2. 科研情况简介

   既往对以连续性肾脏替代治疗为基础的血液净化相关临床应用及其疗效机制进行了系统研究，证实了crrt在维持内环境稳定及免疫内稳态方面的作用，并对这项技术在全国范围的推广应用作出重要贡献。对于crrt应用中的技术难点即抗凝难题，提出了体外循环枸橼酸抗凝系列方案，并从机制上阐明了其对免疫细胞功能的影响。

   创新性提出并建立了系列血液净化新技术，包括组合式人工肝支持系统，模仿肾小管重吸收过程的新型crrt模式，离心/膜分离组合式双重血浆置换等。

   相关研究成果曾获教育部科技进步一等奖，军队医疗成果一等奖，江苏省新技术引进奖一等奖。

   
   

3. 研究兴趣

   对以脓毒症为始动因素导致的高致死性临床多脏器损伤临床治疗目前存在的困境，研究以体外循环干预性治疗相关技术为核心建立治疗模式。除了既往数十年研究的方向，即crrt治疗技术外，今后拟探寻以细胞干预性治疗，及针对循环中有形成分，如细胞碎片，病源微生物进行清除性治疗可能的技术及其疗效机制进行研究，试图为临床治疗脓毒症相关综合征提供更有效的新型治疗手段。
