个人简介

    李尔广，病原生物学教授，博士生导师，医学院微生物与药学实验室负责人。北京中医药大学中药专业学士，美国密西西比大学药学院生药学博士；先后在美国思科瑞普斯研究所（scripps research institute）从事博士后研究，后任免疫学助理教授、课题负责人；2008 年回南京大学医学院工作，负责医学生《病原生物学》教学，开设新生研讨课和公选课程。
    研究方向：1）从化学生物学角度研究内源性分子代谢与疾病的关系，包括核苷酸、脂类以及氨基酸代谢与天然免疫应答，肿瘤发生、神经退变性疾病的关系以及在治疗中的作用；2）天然产物以及合成化合物抗微生物、抗肿瘤活性筛选和评价，包括天然及合成功能化合物的细胞和动物模型筛选，小分子化合物作用机理靶点鉴定和机理研究；3）病原体感染过程中的天然免疫应答机制，包括天然免疫识别和逃逸的分子机理等。
    曾主持美国国立卫生研究院（nih）腺病毒基因治疗载体改造和沙眼衣原体细胞入侵机理科研课题、主持中国自然科学基金课题2项，参与nih和国家自然科学基金项目多项，获美国nih research career development award，是国家基金委“药源分子及作用机制创新群体”成员。以通讯作者和课题负责人在pnas, plos pathogens, j. immunology, j. virology, j. bacteriology, antiviral research, faseb j.等刊物上发表研究论文。
