bing yao obtained his ph.d. from air force medical university in 2000, and subsequently conducted his postdoctoral research at kitasato university from 2003 to 2005. currently, he is a professor at the center of reproductive medicine, jinling hospital, affiliated hospital of medical school, nanjing university. as either the first or corresponding author, he has published over 60 sci papers in reputable journals such as pnas, gut, clinical chemistry, and aging cell, among others. he also serves on the editorial board of asian journal of andrology. dr. yao has dedicated many years to the clinical treatment and research of infertility, having conducted extensive clinical and basic research in areas such as azoospermia, oligospermia, asthenospermia, oocyte aging, decreased ovarian reserve, premature ovarian failure, early embryo safety assessment through assisted reproductive technology, and male sexual dysfunction.
