wusheng zhu earned his ph.d. degree in neurology from nanjing university between 2004 and 2007. from 2008 to 2014, he conducted his postdoctoral training under the supervision of professor xinfeng liu at jinling hospital, affiliated hospital of the medical school, nanjing university. during this period, he also worked as a visiting scholar at the royal melbourne hospital of the university of melbourne to further his studies. in 2017, wusheng zhu was appointed as a professor at the medical school of nanjing university. his current research interests focus on the mechanisms and clinical applications of cerebrovascular diseases.
