zhenping huang received his m.d. degree from nantong university of medicine in 1984, and his ph.d. from beijing university of medicine in 1989. he is currently a professor of ophthalmology and the director of the department of ophthalmology at nanjing general hospital of nanjing military command. he is a supervisor of post-doctoral, doctoral, and master students, and specializes in cornea, external eye disease, and refractive surgery. dr. huang has been awarded many grants and prizes, and is a member of numerou associations. he has published approximately 40 papers in international journals, including sci journals.
