xuejun shang received his master’s degree from tongji medical college in 2001, and his doctoral degree from huazhong university of science and technology in 2004. he joined jinling hospital, affiliated hospital of medical school, nanjing university in 2004, and was promoted to associate chief physician in 2006 and chief physician in 2014. in 2018, he was appointed as the chairman-designate of the chinese society of andrology of the cma. he currently serves as the chief editor of the national journal of andrology and the chief scientist of the national key research and development program. his research interests include andrology and reproductive medicine.
