zhaoyu lin received his ph.d. degree in 2012 from nanjing university under the mentorship of dr. gao xiang. he was a visiting scholar at the medical school of washington university in st. louis for three years. in 2014, he joined the model animal research center (marc) of nanjing university as a research associate professor. in 2019, he became an associate professor and a principal investigator in marc.
